— INSIGHT DISCOVERY —
Prove what your data is worth before you commit to anything else.
You suspect there is more value in your data than you are currently getting. Insight Discovery shows you exactly where that value is, or tells you honestly that it is not there.

— THE PROCESS —
How Insight Discovery works
Step 1
You share
one
dataset
Your financial data, your sales data, your production data. One focused dataset from your existing systems. No integration project. No IT involvement needed. A simple data export.
Step 2
We analyse it against your decisions
Our team applies the DECIDE method to your data. Not a generic analysis. We focus on the specific decisions your leadership team makes: pricing, margins, resource allocation, customer profitability. We look for the patterns your current reporting misses.
Step 3
You receive
the Insight
Pack
A Power BI dashboard and a structured report showing exactly what your data reveals. Not a slide deck of recommendations. Working, interactive decision tools built from your actual numbers.
Step 4
We present findings to your leadership team
A live working session. Not a presentation sent by email. Your leadership team sees the findings, asks questions, and discusses what to do about them. Decisions happen in the room.
Timeline: 2-4 weeks from data handover to leadership workshop.
Scope: Fixed. One dataset. One engagement. No scope creep.
— WHAT YOU GET —
What Insight Discovery delivers.
Decision-ready Insight Pack
The Insight Pack shows where the value is, how large it is, and what to do about it. Margin gaps. Revenue patterns. Cost structures. Whatever your data reveals.
- Built around the specific questions your leadership team needs answered.
- Quantifies the financial impact and provides clear next steps.
- Highlights specific operational inefficiencies and growth levers.
Leadership Workshop
Live working session, not a slide deck by email
You walk out of the workshop with a clear answer: there is actionable value in your data, or there is not. No grey area. No “further investigation needed.”
- Live working session with your leadership team.
- Walk through findings, answer questions, discuss implications.
- Outcome: a clear decision, actionable value found or not.
You walk out with a clear answer: there is actionable value in your data, or there is not. No grey area.
— ZERO RISK —
The 48-hour gate
After we receive your data, we have 48 hours to confirm whether there is enough to work with. If the data does not support a meaningful analysis, we tell you. The engagement stops. You owe nothing beyond the initial data handover.
This is not a trial. It is a quality filter. We do not run Insight Discovery engagements where the data cannot deliver actionable findings. If we proceed past the 48-hour gate, it means we are confident the results will be worth your investment.
You carry zero risk in the first 48 hours. We carry all of it.
Insight Discovery. 2-4 weeks. One dataset. Decision-ready results.
— PROVEN RESULTS —
EUR 1,1M in one sales region.
Already in the data.
A Head of Sales at a mid-market company suspected her team was leaving revenue on the table. She was right.
In one Insight Discovery engagement, we analysed a single sales dataset. The finding: EUR 1,1M in untapped potential in one region alone.
The patterns were already in the data. Nobody had looked.
The leadership workshop turned that finding into an action plan the same week.
— AFTER INSIGHT DISCOVERY —
You make your next decision on evidence, not assumptions.
If the insights are there
We discuss what comes next. That could be a broader strategy, a targeted implementation, or a second Insight Discovery on a different dataset. Your choice. No obligation.
If the insights are not there

— FAQ —
Questions CFOs ask about
Insight Discovery.
How long does Insight Discovery take?
Two to four weeks from data handover to leadership workshop. The exact timeline depends on data complexity and scheduling, but the scope is fixed. No open-ended engagements.
What data do we need to provide?
One structured dataset from your existing systems. ERP exports, CRM data, financial records, or operational data. We work with what you already have. No new tools. No new infrastructure. If your data lives in Excel, SAP, or a data warehouse, we can use it.
What if we do not have a data warehouse?
You do not need one. Most Insight Discovery engagements start with exports from existing systems: ERP, CRM, Excel files. If you have a data warehouse, great. If not, that is not a barrier.
How is this different from a BI audit?
A BI audit evaluates your existing tools and processes. Insight Discovery analyses your data to find business value. We do not assess what you have. We show what your data reveals about margin, revenue, cost, or performance. The output is a decision-ready Insight Pack, not an audit report.
What does a typical Insight Discovery find?
Revenue patterns invisible in standard reporting. Margin gaps tied to specific products, regions, or customer segments. Cost structures that compound over time. Cross-selling potential nobody acted on. Every dataset is different, but the pattern is consistent: value that was always in the data, waiting to be made visible.
Is there a quality guarantee?
The deliverable is a decision-ready Insight Pack and a leadership workshop. If the data does not contain actionable findings, we tell you directly. You will never receive a vague report designed to justify the next engagement.
— THE GAMEPLAN SESSION —
30 minutes. You tell us what's happening in your business. We tell you honestly what we see.
No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about your data and what it could be doing for you.
