—BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE IMPLEMENTATION—

You know what to build.
We build it.

Your team is running the business. They can’t also build the Business Intelligence layer. We bring senior consultants who deliver working products on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Databricks, scoped to your use cases, embedded into your operations.

— THE GAP —

The gap between
knowing and doing

You Know

  • Which decisions need better idea
  • You have a roadmap
  • You ran a successful pilot

You Need

  • Live dashboards
  • Automated reporting
  • Data driven decisions

— WHAT WE DELIVER —

What you get. Built, tested, running.

power bi

Dashboards

Interactive dashboards on Power BI that your leadership team actually uses. Built around the decisions they need to make, daily, weekly, monthly.

Data story

Executive Data Stories

Board-ready narratives that go beyond charts. Context, causation, and recommended action built into the report rather than explained on a call.

Data Pipelines

Automated data flows on Microsoft Fabric. Your systems connected. Your numbers consistent. Manual reconciliation eliminated.

Semantic Models

A single data layer that every report draws from. One trusted truth across the business. No more three versions of the same number.

We don’t hand you a strategy document and leave. We build it, test it with your team, and embed it into your operations.

— HOW WE WORK —

Sprint-based. Scoped. Delivered.

Every engagement starts with a scoping session. We identify the use cases, agree on priorities, and define what “done” looks like. Then we work in focused sprints, each one delivering a working product your team can use immediately. Our sprint approach is guided by the DECIDE Framework.

Scoped use cases

Each sprint targets one specific use case – such as revenue analysis, margin monitoring, or board pack automation – with a defined scope, defined timeline, defined deliverable.

02

Working products

Every delivery is production-ready. Your team uses it the week we hand it over. If it doesn’t work in their daily rhythm, we haven’t finished.

03

Knowledge transfer built in

Your team learns to maintain and extend what we build. We document. We train. We don’t create dependency.

— TRADITIONAL VS OUR APPROACH—

Two approaches. One delivers results in weeks. The other takes a year.

The traditional approach

  • Assess your infrastructure (2-3 months)
  • Design and build the data warehouse (4-6 months)
  • Migrate and clean historical data (2-3 months)
  • Build reports and dashboards (2-3 months)
  • Train users and launch (1-2 months)

Total: 12-18 months before anyone sees a usable report.

Your team waits. Budget burns. Stakeholders lose patience. By the time dashboards go live, the business questions have changed

The MultiBase approach

  • Start with the decisions that matter most (Week 1-2)
  • Build one working product for one use case (Week 3-6)
  • Your team uses it immediately. Real data. Real decisions. (Week 6+)
  • Expand to the next use case. Each sprint delivers something usable.
  • Knowledge transfer built into every sprint. Your team grows with the build.

Total: First working product in 4-6 weeks. Full build in phased sprints.

Each sprint delivers something your team uses. Not prototypes. Not slide decks. Working decision tools on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Databricks.

These six mistakes share one root cause: starting with the tool instead of the decision. DECIDE exists to prevent all six.

— PROVEN RESULT —

Built, tested, proven.

A luxury fittings manufacturer with operations across multiple countries needed to unify their reporting. Board packs were assembled by hand from three systems. Regional data didn’t reconcile. The CFO spent weekends rebuilding numbers.

We delivered in phased sprints over 12 months. Automated data pipelines replaced manual extraction. Dashboards gave every business unit a consistent view. The board pack that used to take a weekend now generates in minutes.

— FAQ —

Common questions about
BI implementation.

Can you work with our existing data infrastructure?

Yes. We build on what you have. Most engagements connect to existing ERP, CRM, and financial systems. We work primarily on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, but we integrate with SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, and most standard enterprise platforms. No rip-and-replace.

It depends on scope. A typical engagement involves two to four senior consultants: a project lead, one or two BI developers, and a data engineer when pipeline work is required. We don’t send junior staff. Everyone on your project has delivered comparable engagements before.

One sprint, typically four to six weeks. We scope the use case (e.g. margin analysis by product line and region), build the data pipeline, create the dashboard or data story, test it with your team, and hand over a working product. Your team uses it immediately.

We encounter data quality issues on almost every engagement. It is normal. We scope for it. In the discovery phase, we assess the quality of the data you provide and flag gaps before we start building. We do not deliver a findings report based on unreliable data. Where data quality issues would materially affect findings, we tell you before we proceed. The fix is almost always simpler than clients expect.

We build primarily on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Most engagements connect to existing ERP, CRM, and financial systems – SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and most standard enterprise platforms. We build on top of what you have. No rip-and-replace.

Knowledge transfer is built into every engagement. Your team learns to maintain and extend what we build. We document every pipeline, every model, every dashboard. If you need ongoing support after go-live, we offer it. But the goal is independence, not dependency.

Every engagement is scoped individually. The first conversation is a 30-minute Gameplan Session. We discuss your situation, your data, and what you are trying to achieve. From there, we define the scope and the cost together. There are no standard packages. There are no surprises.

— THE GAMEPLAN SESSION —

30 minutes. You tell us what's happening in your business. We tell you honestly what we see.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about your data and what it could be doing for you.
